If you have received a membership invitation, click on the link, scan the QR code or join directly online (MEMBERSHIP PAGE LINK). If you have a referral code enter it when joining.
Creedos membership is £60.00 per year, billed annually.
Scan the QR code, click on the link in your membership invitation or enter your referral code when joining Creedos on the website. Using the QR code or link will automatically apply your referral code when you join.
If you do not save the equivalent of your £60.00 membership fee when shopping with us each year, we will refund the difference, terms and conditions apply.
We’re sorry that you’re thinking about cancelling your membership. You can cancel your
subscription
within your 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund.
Log into My Account and follow the steps within the
cancellation section.
No refund will be issued for any cancellation requests outside of the cooling off period.
We know that personal recommendations have enormous value, so we would love for you to share
Creedos with your friends, family and contacts. The bigger the Creedos community, the better
buying
power we have, and this means better prices for our members. That’s why we have developed
the
Creedos Reward Scheme.
Every time someone purchases Creedos membership using your unique link, code or QR code, we
will
give you £5, and, even better, you’ll also get £5 each for everyone who uses their code too!
So as
your network grows, you can keep collecting rewards, until your network tree is 6 layers
deep. For

Every member has a unique referral code that can be shared with family, friends and contacts. To share, log into your account and click on the SHARE link at the top of the page. From here you can choose to share directly via social media, or share your individual invitation code, link or QR code.
There is no limit to the number of people who can use your invitation code to become Creedos members, so please share as much as you can. As our community grows we have even better buying power which means greater savings for everyone.
Log into My Account and click on the My Network section. Here you can see how many people have joined your network.
14 days – after membership is paid for.
You can withdraw money from your Creedos Wallet directly to a nominated bank account or PayPal account.
Log into My Account and follow the steps with the Account Details section.
Use the email address you provided when becoming a member to log into your account. If you have forgotten your password follow the password reset steps from the Log In section.

You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time using the unsubscribe link in all of our messages or by changing your preferences in My Account.
We hope you won’t need to make a complaint, but you can get in touch with us by completing and submitting the contact form on the Contact Us page. Choose the complaint option from the menu.
You can easily order all of our products from our online platform. When you find a product you need, add it to your cart, log in and go through the ordering process.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by
completing and
submitting the contact form on the Contact Us page.
You can cancel or change your order up until it has been dispatched. Once your order is in
transit you will not be able to cancel or change your order.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. If you wish to cancel
your order after it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible by completing
and submitting the contact form on the Contact Us page.
You will then need to return the item to us within 14 days of the confirmation of
cancellation. Please follow our returns policy as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Items you cannot return include raw pet food and perishable goods.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We do not accept American Express cards.
You should receive your order within 2-3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days.

We cannot ship to PO Box addresses or hotels.
We do not currently ship orders outside the UK mainland.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to return items, you have 10 days to do so. The 10 days will start from the day your order is delivered. The item must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not refund the delivery charge unless the full order received is faulty, or you have cancelled your order before we dispatch it. It is your responsibility to arrange the return. We recommend using a tracked delivery service with sufficient compensation insurance to cover the cost of the goods. For more information see our Returns Policy.
